UX Problem

The current Canon Solutions America (CSA) website is experiencing a decrease in traffic on the Digital Transformation’s section.

Its design, information architecture and imagery is very poor and doesn’t reflect the high standard look and feel Canon is renowned for. Also, customers feel lost and are lacking personalized support along the process.

Possible Solution

We proposed improving the UX/UI, visual design, customer journey and integrate a 1-1 video customer support feature to simplify and personalize the user experience for a growing audience, leading to conversion.

The Approach

In line with CSA's storytelling aspirations, an audit was  conducted on the site’s map for navigation and UX pain points. 

This approach aims to deliver an engaging and effective customer experience that resonates with CSA's growing audience while addressing their immediate challenges.
